Our board members/officers have many years experience managing non profit affairs. All of our board are volunteers and very active in the organization.
President Terri Woodward, a 30+ year employee of the Campbell Count Health Department, is the coordinator of the SpayCC Happy Pets Low Cost Spay Neuter Program and serves anywhere needed.
Vice President Debra Miller, co owner of Ace Smith Hardware, brings years of experience to the board in animal advocacy, and serves where needed.
Secretary/Treasurer Deborah Pemberton, 30 year owner and operator of Deborah & Co Hair Salon, also serves as coordinator of the SpayCC Happy Pets Low Cost Spay/Neuter Aid Program, is the grant writer and serves anywhere needed.
Board Member Jane Holmes, brings years of experience with non profit operations, as well as an excellent history in the bookkeeping industry, and is a past president of Spay Campbell County Tennessee Pets, is active volunteer in fundraising efforts locally.
Board Member Daniel Pemberton, has been an animal advocate for many years, having transported animals to rescue in the past, and volunteers at fundraisers where needed.
